This place is very clean and the staff is well organized; the location is great, in a nice area, close to a supermarket and shops.

Really enjoyed my great stay for travellers returning from their hiking trips. There was a wide array of food for breakfast, it was brilliant. The staff were caring, had a great attitude. The location turned out to be marvellous, really close to the square, and more food and bars.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially if you book it as part of the Inca Trail package with GA adventures. The location is perfect, close to the main square and just a short drive from the airport. I loved having a room with a balcony, it provided a nice view and a great spot to relax. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with unexpected treats like delicious pasta.

Awesome New Year's Experience

The location couldn't have been more perfect. We were right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, and within walking distance to all the main sights. The staff was friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We particularly loved the amazing view from our room and the free breakfast every day. The hotel also offered a wonderful New Year's celebration with fireworks and live music, which was a great way to ring in the new year.

We did have a few issues with noise during our stay. The walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking and walking around in their room.
